For more than seven years, Green Machine Food Truck owner Mike Saratsiotis has been serving fruit smoothies, savoury soups, juice blends and locally roasted iced coffee at various locations across the Golden Horseshoe.

After working for Booster Juice for six years – eventually managing a store and training staff at new locations – Saratsiotis became well acquainted with smoothies. That's when he decided to launch his food truck.
